From a young age, I've felt incredibly deeply and had a mind that wanted to analyze everything. However, I was primarily focused on suppressing and repressing my feelings, which resulted in stress and depression at a young age.

 

After a series of intense experiences that all happened within a short period in 2013, my healing journey began. I felt completely numb, but then something inside me awakened. I felt strength, gratitude for my life, and the urge to do everything I could to make something of it. It wasn't an easy time, but I continued to feel that strength within myself. I knew I had to work on it and ended up seeing an energetic therapist. This therapy has helped me incredibly in releasing trauma and finding more peace, balance and rest within myself.

 

Since then, I've done a lot of inner work and personal growth. In 2020 I started working with energy. Initially, it was purely for myself, to better understand what I was feeling. I'm open-minded and always curious about the magic of life. When Kundalini energy came into my life, I started following my own path even more deeply, and my passion for energy work grew into what I do today.
