On this page, you'll find my offerings. Each session is an invitation to connect with yourself. Here you'll find various ways to let go, explore, relax, and get your energy moving again.

 

For one-on-one sessions, you're welcome to meet me at De Baarsjes or at TACA (Borgerstraat, Amsterdam-West). You'll receive the exact address after booking. Duo and small group sessions take place at TACA, and group sessions with other facilitators can also take place in Amsterdam IJburg. If you'd like to schedule a Kundalini session with a group of people, please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
