1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services, sessions, and agreements between Valérie Nicole and her clients, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”
1.2 By using the services of Valérie Nicole, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1 Valérie Nicole offers services in the field of holistic coaching, energetic healing, and personal guidance.
2.2 The services are intended to support personal development, self-reflection, and well-being, and do not replace medical, psychological, or other professional care.
2.3 Valérie Nicole cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from the sessions, as these depend on the Client’s openness and level of engagement.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1 Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance if the session takes place at Hudsonstraat. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.
3.2 Appointments booked at Borgerstraat cannot be canceled due to rental commitments for the space. In case of cancellation, a fee of €40 will be charged.
3.3 If the Client arrives late, the session will not be extended, and the original end time will remain in effect.
3.4 Valérie Nicole reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

4. Payment

4.1 The rates for Valérie Nicole’s services are communicated in advance. These rates are exempt from VAT if the Small Business Scheme (KOR) applies.
4.2 Payment must be made prior to the session via a payment link provided to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 In case of late payment, Valérie Nicole reserves the right to suspend further appointments until the outstanding amount has been paid.

5. Client Responsibility

5.1 The Client is responsible for their own health, choices, and actions. Participation in sessions is at the Client’s own risk.
5.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Valérie Nicole in advance of any physical or mental health issues that may be relevant to the session.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, unless required by law.

7. Liability

7.1 Valérie Nicole is not liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from the use of her services, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
7.2 The Client remains solely responsible for the choices made and actions taken following the sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials, exercises, meditations, and other documents provided by Valérie Nicole are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Complaints Procedure

9.1 Valérie Nicole acts with the utmost care in working with clients. If the Client is dissatisfied with any part of the service provided, this must be reported in writing as soon as possible.
9.2 Valérie Nicole will review the complaint and respond in writing within 14 days.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 All agreements between Valérie Nicole and the Client are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the region where Valérie Nicole is based.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

11.1 Valérie Nicole reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will take effect once published on the website, as of the date listed below.

12. Other Provisions

12.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
